In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Innovera partnered with the Ministry of Education to deploy Edmodo, an online platform that allowed students to continue their education remotely.

Scope:

Localization: full platform localization 

Operation: on ground to ensure schools accounts are activated and teachers can view and communicate with respective students. 

Technical Support: Innovera provided 80 dedicated technical support agents, working 24/7 to ensure the platform’s smooth operation.

Achievements: 

Edmodo facilitated the submission of over 1.5 million student projects during the pandemic, enabling students to progress despite school closures.

Scale: Reached 22 million students and supported 1 million teachers.
